Are you passionate about making a difference, solving complex problems, and delivering exceptional service to our customers?
Then why not leverage your technical expertise in water networks and become a key member of our innovative Virtual Triage team?
What you will be responsible for
We are seeking a professional who possess a wealth of knowledge in the water industry and water supply networks, gained from a previous customer-facing role.
By leveraging the power of video, imagery, and AI, you will expertly handle customer calls to analyse their issue and swiftly determine the best next course of action, enabling us to achieve speedy resolutions.
Coordinating third-party involvement for repairs will be a seamless process for you, as you demonstrate your adeptness in managing customer interactions and raising work orders using our contact centre systems.
What you’ll bring to the role
Your technical experience, preferably in a Network Service Inspector role, positions you for success, and we will continue to invest in your growth through further training opportunities.
Have other skills that you think would suit the role that we haven’t listed? Why not go ahead an apply! We recognise the value that having different perspectives and experiences can bring.
Join our team and be part of a company that is dedicated to delivering high-quality water and exceptional customer support tailored to their specific needs.
"Our mission is to protect and enhance life through water—and we need passionate people to help us achieve it. If you’re inspired by our purpose and believe you can contribute, apply today. You don’t need to meet every criterion; what matters most is your drive to make a difference."
