Position Summary...

What you'll do...

THIS ROLE IS FOR 2026 INTERNS WHO WORKED IN A ROLE THIS SUMMER. NEW NET ROLES WILL OPEN IN SEPTEMBER.
Executes product management fundamentals within a defined product area or sub-category. Gathers customer insights, supports the product
lifecycle, and contributes analytical thinking to inform roadmap decisions. Provides input into the product development roadmap by gathering data and
understanding required technology to meet key objectives (e.g., site functionality enhancements, product/pricing tools and dashboards). Works under the guidance of senior product managers to develop core product management competencies across all four pillars of the Product Competency
Framework.

Customer & Problem Understanding:
Gathers information from category, marketing, and business teams to understand customer needs, product expectations, and sub-category
requirements.
Performs product, cohort, and retention research to analyze feature performance, detect anomalies, and identify areas for improvement.
Synthesizes customer feedback and data from multiple sources to inform problem statements and support prioritization of opportunities.
Elevates issues that may affect product timelines; supports structured discovery efforts led by senior team members.
Collects and organizes roadmap activities across multiple phases for a sub-category using a structured, data-driven approach.

Product Vision & Strategy Support:
Provides input into the product development roadmap by gathering data, understanding required technology, and identifying opportunities based on
sub-category knowledge.
Organizes roadmap activities across phases using structured, data-driven methods; suggests improvements to technology plans based on interaction
with category specialists.
Supports development of business cases and alignment activities that ensure product direction meets customer and business needs.
Demonstrates awareness of problem statements, hypotheses, and prototypes; supports assumption testing and validation approaches (e.g., paper
prototypes, mockups, POC).

Product Lifecycle Execution:
Supports all stages of the product lifecycle—product definition, scope, boundaries, targets, and timeline—by completing assigned development
activities.
Identifies and escalates risks or issues that may impact delivery to ensure timely resolution and alignment with Product Manager guidance.
Communicates technical product requirements and progress clearly to business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, ensuring shared
understanding.
Contributes to launch readiness activities, including documentation, training materials, and acceptance criteria.

Data & AI:
Gathers relevant data for assigned products and performs analysis to measure impact of existing features and identify improvement areas.
Tracks performance using structured evaluation methods (e.g., adoption, conversion, feature usage) and contributes analytical insights to guide
prioritization.
Demonstrates awareness of how AI tools and data capabilities can enhance product decisions and development workflows.
Supports data collection and evaluation within assigned areas; assists in exploratory data analysis with guidance.

Collaboration & Professional Growth:
Builds effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to collect information, clarify requirements, and support delivery.
Requests feedback, applies mentoring from experienced associates, and contributes to improvement of action plans.
Effectively communicates technical product requirements for the sub-category to business and engineering partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
