Description
An international manufacturer and distributor of commercial hospitality products is seeking an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Manager (Hospitality) to lead their expansion across the U.S. market. This is an outstanding opportunity for a true hunter who excels at leveraging established hospitality relationships to open doors, win new accounts, and cross-sell high-value commercial property solutions in a fast-growing environment.
Compensation & Benefits: $70,000 – $85,000 base salary + quarterly bonus and uncapped commission (OTE est. $125,000 – $150,000+). Includes a $1,000/month healthcare insurance stipend, with full corporate health benefits coming online as the U.S. team expands.
Location/Schedule: 100% Remote (Must be based in or near a major U.S. metropolitan area with convenient airport access). Requires flexibility for domestic travel to engage clients, meet with key stakeholders, and attend industry events.

Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and account acquisition for core product lines in the hospitality space.
- Target and open doors with hotel owners, operators, management companies, hotel brands, developers, purchasing groups, and GPOs across the U.S.
- Pursue high-value capital projects, major property renovations, brand conversions, and new hotel openings.
- Maintain a hunter mindset by actively generating new leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing new accounts rather than managing existing business.
- Leverage initial product wins to cross-sell additional property-level product lines and recurring operational supplies.
- Maintain a strong travel presence within assigned target markets and represent the organization at strategic client meetings and trade shows.
- 3+ years of proven, direct B2B sales or business development experience selling into hotels, resorts, and the lodging industry.
- Pre-existing, active relationships with key decision-makers at hotel ownership groups, management companies, brands, or purchasing organizations.
- Demonstrated track record as an active hunter with a proven ability to personally open, negotiate, and close meaningful new accounts.
- Commercial and technical aptitude for hospitality technology, guest-room electronics, appliances, or related FF&E categories (exact product alignment is secondary to account access and sales drive).
- Strong cross-selling capabilities with a strategic focus on expanding client share of wallet.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, self-management, and pipeline management skills.
