USAirports Flight Support is a family-owned, full service FBO that operates 24/7/365 and serves the general aviation community in a state-of-the-art facility at Frederick Douglass - Greater Rochester International Airport. USAirports provides a full range of amenities and support services such as fueling, deicing, hangaring, aircraft maintenance, cargo handling, tie-down, and ramp parking to the airlines, general aviation, and transient aircraft on the airfield.
Billing/data entry specialists work closely with several departments to ensure timeliness of billing for our customers. This position will verify billing data, generate invoices and distribute invoices while managing billing inquiries from our customers to ensure they are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. The billing/data entry specialist prepares summary reports and generates additional reporting as needed.

Reports To: Accounting Manager
Full-Time Hours: 8am – 5pm
Workdays: Monday – Friday (onsite)
Hourly Rate: $23.00 to $29.00/hr. Based on Experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete data entry and process requested reports accurately and efficiently.
- Generate and process invoices for products and/or services for tenants and customers accurately and in accordance with contract terms.
- Ensure accurate billing information and rates are used for each transaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Address billing-related inquiries from clients, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with developing and implementing process improvements within billing operations.
- Assist in compiling data for financial reports and other administrative purposes.
- Assist with daily/monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.

- Proficiency in accounting software (i.e., QuickBooks, Sage).
