Sustainability Development Manager

Main responsibilities:

• You will proactively explore and evaluate innovative transport decarbonization opportunities, leading pilot projects from concept through proof of value.
• You will translate successful pilots into scalable business solutions, working with stakeholders across Europe to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon transport practices.
• You will also be tasked to aid in achieving the CO2 budget of the Overland Division, supporting country teams in identifying and prioritizing initiatives that contribute to target achievement.
• You will be establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and other departments from various countries.
• Last but not least, you will focus on technological development for long-term strategy and automation for CO2 calculations.

• Proven experience in road freight forwarding operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role. Exposure to Sales Activity is an asset.
• Passion for sustainable logistics and innovative mobility concepts, coupled with a willingness to drive environmental progress within the transport sector.
• Strong ability to inspire stakeholders and effectively communicate the value proposition of electric mobility across different functions and management levels.
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset when working through lengthy implementation cycles and organizational change processes.
• Excellent proficiency in English mandatory. Spanish skills are an asset. Interest in international teams and different stakeholders from various countries with a willingness to travel.
