What You'll Do :In this role, you will lead and support a team of billing clerks, oversee billing and account follow-up activities, monitor productivity and performance metrics, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient account information. You will identify and address billing issues, promote operational efficiency, and help maintain compliance with organizational standards.

Starting hourly rate is 32.64 with a comprehensive benefits package
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience1. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in medical billing and follow-up procedures or a related field; or
2. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in medical billing and follow-up procedures or related field.
NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
