As Finance Data & Analytics Specialist within our Finance Data & Analytics team, you'll help transform financial data into actionable insights and decision-grade reporting across Sanofi. Ready to get started?

Join the team turning finance data into impact across Sanofi. Sitting at the intersection of finance and digital, you'll work closely with Operational Finance, Corporate Controlling, Consolidation and A2R teams, using systems like SAP, TM1, Snowflake and Power BI to help business leaders make faster, better-informed decisions.

Main responsibilities

• Support the delivery of financial analytics and reporting solutions, agreeing priorities with finance stakeholders

• Lead ad-hoc analyses and translate findings into recommendations that inform business decisions

• Help drive the analytical approach, data models and reporting roadmap across Controlling and Accounting data

• Own finance data quality frameworks, controls and governance standards, monitoring consistency and accuracy across systems

• Resolve data quality issues, coordinating across Finance and Digital teams

• Support the development of dashboards and reporting solutions

• Provide guidance and support to users on data and reporting topics

About you

• Experience in accounting or financial planning & analysis, and finance master data management

• Experience with SAP systems and/ or TM1

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills

• Project management experience

• Automation experience using Excel or Power Query

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field

• Fluent in English, spoken and written

The salary range for this position is :Ft10 944 000,00 - Ft16 416 000,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
