As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Incident Assessment in Santa Clara, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, lobbies, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access-control irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions according to site policy.
• Prepare clear, accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
