About the role
As our new Content Integration Lead, you'll help bring supplier, retail media and partnership opportunities to life through customer-first content experiences across Bunnings’ owned and paid channels.
Working closely with the Content Integration & Planning Manager and a highly collaborative Content team, you'll help translate commercial partnerships, supplier objectives and campaign activity into clear, channel-ready content plans.
This newly created role offers the chance to work across a diverse range of channels, including magazine, digital, social and strategic partnerships such as The Block, Airbnb and creator-led collaborations.
You'll partner with teams across Marketing, Retail Media, Insights, Production, Merchandise, Legal and agency partners to deliver integrated content solutions that create value for customers, partners and the business.
What's involved
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Translate commercial partnership and supplier objectives into integrated content plans that align with campaign priorities, brand standards and customer needs.
Bring commercial briefs to life through engaging content experiences across multiple channels and platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Content, Retail Media, Marketing, Merchandise, Insights and agency partners to deliver successful outcomes.
Identify opportunities to extend and amplify content across additional channels to maximise impact and customer engagement.
Coordinate approvals, compliance requirements and feedback loops across teams, escalating risks, conflicts or final decisions to the Content Integration & Planning Manager as needed.
Use customer, content and campaign insights to continuously improve future content approaches and performance.
Support the development of scalable, repeatable content solutions that help partners, suppliers and internal teams deliver content more consistently.
Maintain clear documentation, timelines and ways of working that support consistent delivery across complex content plans, partnerships and campaign activity.
About You
You're someone who enjoys connecting people, ideas and commercial opportunities to create meaningful customer outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are naturally organised and bring strong planning discipline to everything you do.
You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and know how to bring different teams together around a shared goal. You're comfortable balancing multiple priorities, managing competing deadlines, navigating ambiguity and escalating risks or decisions at the right time.
What you'll need
Experience in content strategy, content planning, partnerships, branded content, retail media or integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of multi-channel content and how different channels work together to deliver customer outcomes.
Experience translating commercial, marketing or partnership objectives into clear plans and actionable deliverables.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple teams.
Strong project management capability and the ability to coordinate complex activities with competing priorities.
Experience using insights, reporting and performance data to inform planning and optimisation.
Familiarity with brand governance, compliance requirements and approval processes, particularly across partnership or commercial content activity.
A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related discipline will be highly regarded, along with relevant experience in retail, publishing, media or partnership environments.
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
