The tech we build today, will create a better tomorrow.
What that means day-to-day:
Project and program delivery
The Senior Project Manager carries more complex, higher-stakes delivery work than the Project Manager. You manage projects independently and take on the workstreams within larger programs that require experienced judgment and senior stakeholder management.
• Manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight: scope workstreams, build delivery plans, track milestones and dependencies, and drive execution through to completion
• Own larger or higher-stakes workstreams within programs led by Program Managers, providing reliable delivery that the Program Manager can depend on across the full program
• Lead working sessions with senior stakeholders, drive alignment across competing priorities, and resolve delivery blockers that require judgment and influence
• Manage dependencies and risks across workstreams, assessing impact beyond your immediate scope and acting on what you see
• Support multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, maintaining delivery quality across all of them
Delivery health and reporting
At this level, your delivery signal goes directly to leadership. It needs to be trusted, current, and actionable without needing someone else to validate it.
• Produce delivery health reporting that is leadership-ready: clear, accurate, and actionable across assigned projects and programs
• Detect delivery drift and emerging risks proactively, escalating with full context, impact assessment, and recommended actions
• Maintain delivery signal quality across a broader scope than the Project Manager, covering more complex or cross-functional work
• Contribute to the function's consolidated delivery reporting and ensure the leadership view is reliable
Planning discipline and governance
The Senior Project Manager doesn't just execute governance standards. You shape and improve them, and you drive their adoption across the teams you work with.
• Hold milestone cadence across quarterly planning cycles, identifying gaps and driving alignment proactively
• Contribute to the design and improvement of governance practices, delivery artifacts, and templates for the function
• Drive adoption of tooling and governance standards across assigned teams, including data quality and reporting improvements
• Lead program onboarding as new initiatives enter the portfolio, ensuring they are set up for consistent delivery from the start
• Drive retrospectives that produce measurable improvement in delivery practice
Portfolio coordination and stakeholder management
Some assignments place the Senior Project Manager at the center of a portfolio where delivery sits with several owners and external partners. In these, you hold the integrated view and the communication, and the quality of that coordination is what keeps the portfolio moving.
• Maintain a single, reliable master timeline and status view across concurrent workstreams, including work delivered by external partners
• Host working sessions and status updates that give the right level of detail to the right stakeholder at the right time
• Manage expectations across executive sponsors, senior stakeholders, and delivery partners so delivery teams stay focused on the work
• Track cross-workstream dependencies and surface early when movement in one area affects another
• Gather requirements and status from technical teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners and translate them into a clear, organized plan
• Hold external delivery partners to the agreed timeline and priorities at planning and communication level
What success looks like
At three months
Operating independently across the portfolio with a clear grasp of the workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder landscape. A single master timeline and status view in place and trusted. Relationships established with senior stakeholders across engineering, product, and business functions, and with the delivery partners involved. Delivery tracking and reporting running at a standard leadership trusts without needing to verify. Demonstrating the ability to identify risks and implications beyond your immediate workstream.
At six months
Leading complex delivery work independently with minimal oversight. Stakeholders across the portfolio relying on your delivery signal and judgment. Dependencies and risks surfaced early with recommended actions rather than escalated after the fact. Competing priorities across senior stakeholders managed with confidence and sequencing decisions made with sound judgment. Governance contributions visible: practices you have improved or driven are in use across assigned teams.
At twelve months
Established as a trusted delivery partner to Program Managers, senior stakeholders, and leadership. Complex projects and workstreams delivered consistently to standard. Governance and delivery practices you have shaped embedded across teams and delivering measurable improvement. Ready to take on further strategic programs across the function, operating with the independence, stakeholder reach, and delivery judgment that define the Senior Project Manager level.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Delivery capability
• 6+ years of progressive experience in project delivery or program support, with demonstrated growth in scope, complexity, and accountability

• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven business, with a strong understanding of software delivery cycles and product-led organizations
• Track record of managing complex projects independently with minimal oversight
• Strong delivery health and reporting capability that leadership trusts directly, not reporting that requires validation by others
• Proactive risk identification across a broad scope, with evidence of assessing impact and recommending actions, not just escalating
• Experience contributing to the design or improvement of governance practices, delivery standards, or operational frameworks
• Ownership mentality. Takes accountability for delivery outcomes and acts on what they see without waiting to be directed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Stakeholder and commercial judgment
• Demonstrated stakeholder management beyond immediate workstream, including engagement with senior leaders across functions
• Exceptional interpersonal judgment, with the ability to hold alignment where executive sponsors, senior stakeholders, and delivery partners have competing priorities
• Ability to manage competing priorities across senior stakeholders and make sequencing and trade-off decisions with sound judgment
• Experience supporting go-to-market, sales operations, or commercial transformation programs
Salesforce and technical fluency
• Functional familiarity with Salesforce and the ability to manage Salesforce-related processes at a business level
• Able to map how data and fields connect across Salesforce and adjacent systems, including field dependencies, bidirectional requirements, and timing constraints
• Able to gather requirements from technical teams and stakeholders, capture them accurately, and communicate them clearly to a non-technical audience
Working pattern
• Based in North America, with working hours that provide strong daily overlap with US business hours
• Available for up to 25% travel, domestic and international
Preferred
• Bilingual (English/French)
