Grow Out Utility Operator
Grade GO04
Tasks:
Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching are required. These positions work in a hot and damp environment and slippery surfaces. Good communication skills, product-minded, safety conscious, work well with others. Must be able to perform job, meet and maintain job standards.
Position Specific:
Applicant will be considered for the Monett grow out utility operator opening on 1st shift. The utility operator must obtain a Class E driver license. Job responsibilities are to draw blood and pull fat prior to birds being processed, weigh birds, perform warehouse inventory, keep warehouse clean and organized, assist service techs with delivering supplies, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must have 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the last 12 months of employment.

Rehire Consideration:
Max of two (2) previous Tyson Employments to be considered.
