Location: São Paulo - Brazil
This Account Manager will lead a strategic portfolio of key Supplements and Pharma customers, driving business growth, customer value, innovation, portfolio development, and successful product launches. The role will build strong customer partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and translate market and customer needs into impactful solutions that accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a strategic portfolio of major active customers in Supplements and Pharma.
- Develop specific portfolios and differentiated solutions aligned with the needs and opportunities of each customer.
- Lead the introduction of new products at customers, manage and strengthen the innovation pipeline to convert new business opportunities and grow the portfolio.
- Monitor forecasts, P&L, monthly sales and deliveries, ensuring visibility and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Build strategic relationships to anticipate relevant information about customers, trends, and market movements.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to enable projects, launches, and long-term initiatives.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Nutrition, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in B2B sales and strategic account management, preferably in Supplements, Pharma, ingredients, or food.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting, P&L, sales tracking, and results management; knowledge of CRM systems such as Atlas or similar platforms.
- Experience in portfolio development, innovation pipeline management, and introducing new products to customers.
- Advanced English proficiency for interaction with and support of international customers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to build internal and external relationships, commitment to monthly deliverables, a long-term perspective, and willingness to travel.
