About the role
Lead the response and management of security and compliance inquiries to ensure customer confidence and adherence to rigorous international standards, while continuously enhancing internal processes and knowledge sharing within Orange’s global presales teams. • Respond promptly to security and compliance requests related to RFIs, proposals, and audits following the International Bid Process, collaborating with internal PQS teams, security officers, and relevant stakeholders. • Maintain and update standard response materials and intranet resources to keep documentation current and accessible for sales support. • Partner with Sales and Global Process teams to refine RFI and audit support workflows, advancing tool integration and automation. • Coordinate with internal groups including IT and compliance experts to ensure cohesive responses to security inquiries. • Deliver training sessions and workshops to sales and presales teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of security standards and regulatory requirements. • Conduct risk assessments and formulate mitigation approaches to address potential security threats, in alignment with applicable regulations and policies. • Serve as the primary contact for clients on security-related matters during presales and post-sales phases, offering expert insights and guidance. • Prepare and present reports documenting security compliance to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. • Monitor industry developments and regulatory updates to adapt the security offering and maintain competitive positioning. • Collaborate with client audit teams to facilitate security audits and verify adherence to policies and standards. • English fluency is a necessity for effective communication within the global team and with clients. • French language skills are considered an asset to facilitate collaboration within regional teams.
About you
You have proven experience providing presales support, working effectively with Sales, Product Managers, and engineering or operations teams. Your knowledge spans outsourcing solutions, security requirements, standards, and international regulations directly affecting managed services and customer audits. With over 10 years in the telecommunications or IT sectors, including at least 5 years specializing in security, you demonstrate agility in managing shifting priorities and multi-tasking across diverse cultural and geographic teams. Fluency in English is required, and French language skills are highly desirable.Your professional skills:• Demonstrated expertise in presales support, collaborating effectively with Sales, Product Managers, and engineering or operations teams.• Comprehensive knowledge of outsourcing solutions, including associated tools and processes relevant to security and compliance.• In-depth understanding of security requirements, solutions, and standards to interpret and address customer security inquiries or coordinate with designated experts.• Extensive familiarity with international standards and certifications such as ISO 20000, ISO 27000, ISO 14000, ISAE 3402/SSAE16/18, ISAE 3000, and SOC 1/2 to manage diverse client requests.• Advanced knowledge of key international regulations impacting outsourcing compliance, including SOX, Data Privacy/GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and industry-specific standards like HIPAA and PCI-DSS.Your soft skills:• Self-directed and adaptable in environments with variable demands requiring agility and multi-tasking.• Effective in working collaboratively and efficiently across different cultures and time zones with clear written and spoken communication.• Resourceful approach to challenges, transforming obstacles into opportunities through innovative thinking.• Capable of managing customer expectations with a strong focus on satisfaction and maintenance of trust.• Proven leadership capabilities, including influence, negotiation, and consensus-building to drive proposals and results.
