We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-entity group based in Cape Town, with operations spanning several business units under one umbrella. They're looking for a finance all-rounder to take the reins on treasury, compliance, procurement, tax and insurance.
This is a broad, group-level mandate. You'll be the person who holds the full risk and governance picture together, working across entities and functions rather than sitting in one narrow lane. It's a high-visibility seat, ideal for someone who wants real ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash management, payments and liquidity planning across all entities
- Lead audit planning and drive regulatory compliance group-wide
- Direct group procurement strategy and supplier governance
- Prepare and submit group income tax returns and maintain accurate tax records
- Manage group insurance policies, coverage and claims coordination
