The Opportunity
As a Strategy Consulting Associate, you will engage in dynamic client support roles, contributing to strategic projects that drive business transformation. Within our Strategy practice, you will be part of a team that leverages innovative approaches to solve complex business challenges, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in corporate and business strategy, working closely with experienced professionals to deliver impactful solutions.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In increasingly complex situations, you will build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks, all while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. This position is designed for those driven by curiosity and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Evaluating business plans and financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Performing competitive analysis to identify opportunities for value creation and corporate development
- Engaging in scenario analysis to assess potential business outcomes and strategic planning
- Collaborating with teams to enhance communication and teamwork in client support initiatives
- Analyzing product and market trends to inform strategic recommendations
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and drive competitive advantage
- Supporting the development of strategic plans that align with corporate and business strategy objectives
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Engineering or Business
- Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Engaging in strategic planning and competitive analysis

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
