Job Description
ACCIONA is planning for a number of upcoming project opportunities across regional Western Australia and is seeking to build capability ahead of anticipated work programs. We are interested in speaking with Quality candidates who are open to a 2/1 roster and looking to contribute to large-scale civil and infrastructure projects as opportunities progress.
As a QA/QC Advisor or Quality Manager, you will develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring it meets project and stakeholder requirements. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients to embed quality standards, drive continuous improvement and report to project leadership on quality performance. This is your chance to get in early and secure your place on our regional WA project pipeline.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify project quality requirements and embed them in documentation
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan
- Lead quality and defect systems training across project teams
- Coordinate quality inspections, audits and surveillance
- Review non-conformances and manage close-out
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants on compliance
- Report on quality performance and drive continuous improvement
Required Skills and Competencies
- Degree in engineering, construction or related field
- Experience with Quality Management Systems on major projects
- Sound knowledge of relevant Australian standards
- Open to a 2/1 roster in regional WA
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
