About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for Indirect Buyer to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Indirect Buyer role lies within the Procurement team and is based in our Susurluk factory. You’ll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze company needs for indirect procurement and develop strategic plans.

• Monitor market trends to identify the best suppliers and pricing opportunities.

• Create cost-saving initiatives and ensure sustainable procurement strategies.

• Manage relationships with existing and potential suppliers to ensure high-quality service.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure the best value for the company.

• Develop supplier evaluation and performance tracking mechanisms.

• Improve procurement processes through automation and best practices.

• Implement cost control measures and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.

• Provide regular reports on procurement performance, savings, and market developments.

• Support company-wide initiatives related to cost efficiency and supplier sustainability.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university

• Preferably 4+ years experience in Procurement, food industry is a plus.

• Fluent in English

• Knowledge SAP, Ariba knowledge

• Analytical thinking capabilities and result-driven

• Agility & quick learning

• Passion for improving and proactive nature

• Excellent communication skills

• Effective working relationships with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment
