PepsiCo is a multinational food and beverage corporation involved in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of snack foods, beverages, and other products. We are currently looking to fill the position of a Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) New grad responsible for the Move and Sell business, based at our Mississauga HQ location. This role covers locations across Ontario, reports to the Ontario EHS Manager. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Canada Beverages by providing support in health, safety, and environmental protection to our distribution centers, transport, delivery and sales teams.

Compensation: $73,600-80,700
Responsibilities
- Supports the development, implementation, and sustainment of the Global Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (GEHSMS) for EHS Move/Sell business.
- Leverage data and field insights to drive decisions, accountability and processes at sites in turn translating to improved behavior and strong EHS results
- Leading change and seeing it through completion with a high level of communication, consistency and follow through
- Provide guidance and information to business partners on EHS to align priorities and risks, associated costs and performance,
- Collects/Analyzes/Communicates incident trend reports on a regular basis for all key EHS metrics to provide visibility to key areas of opportunities.
- Assist in the investigation of EHS incidents ensuring a thorough root cause analysis is completed and action plans developed to address causes.
- Conduct/Support the completion of EHS Risk Assessments to Identify key EHS risks and put actions in place to control those risks.
- Collects/Analyzes/Communicates incident trend reports on a regular basis for all key EHS metrics to provide visibility to key areas of opportunities.
- Facilitates execution, implementation and tracking of the EHS Training plan.
- Develop/Assist with the creation and distribution of EHS Communications.
- Maintains EHS Record to demonstrate Regulatory/PepsiCo compliance.
- Supports the location in achieving their annual EHS objectives
- Maintains current knowledge of applicable legislation and management system standards
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- You have graduated with your bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental, Engineering, Science, or Business in 2025 or will be graduating by September 2026.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and take others with you.
- Build Capability of Leaders from frontline employees to Senior Leaders in EHS.
- Collaboration and partnering with stakeholders in decision making.
- Results Oriented with a positive, motivated attitude.
- Strong Communication skills and act as information conduit to key stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems by using analytical skills
- Demonstrates initiative and is self-directed and requires minimal supervision.
- Strong Computer Skills and is proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple and diverse work assignments with minimal supervision and direction.
- Team player and builds/maintains strong working relationships with National EHS team and other key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- 1 year of related EHS work experience.
- Food and Beverage manufacturing and warehousing experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with EHS legislation, OSHA regulations, and basic EH&S practices.
