Compensation: $20.98 / hour



Description

Keep housing programs running smoothly by providing the administrative support that helps expand access to stable housing and strengthens communities.
Schedule-Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. 40 hours weekly.

The Housing Operations Support Specialist plays an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting housing programs, properties, and team members. This position ensures housing applications are processed efficiently, data is accurate and compliant, and administrative operations run seamlessly across multiple housing platforms and funding programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Review housing data and reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
  • Review housing assistance applications and supporting documentation for completeness before advancing them through the approval process.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for housing programs and projects.
  • Assist property managers with file reviews to support program compliance.
  • Manage shared housing program email inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Monitor and route voicemail messages to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support the housing team with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.


Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High School/GED required
  •  Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  •  At least five (5) years’ experience in office management and administrative support systems preferred
