How you will make history here...
The Social Community Management Specialist will join Campbell’s growing Enterprise Social Team, driving day-to-day community engagement and social listening across the company’s brand portfolio. This role plays a critical part in connecting Campbell’s iconic brands to culture—fueling fandom, identifying trends, and building meaningful relationships with consumers in real time.
This is a hands-on role for a culturally fluent, social-obsessed individual who thrives in fast-moving environments and understands how to turn conversations into insights, engagement, and brand impact.
What you will do...
Always-On Engagement & Monitoring
Execute real-time community management across platforms, ensuring brand-right, culturally relevant engagement.
Conduct always-on monitoring of social listening dashboards and native platform feeds.
Fuel fandom through direct engagement with brand fans and communities.
Drive awareness, discovery, and affinity through off-feed engagement.
Ensure our brands’ social presence feels human, responsive, and deeply connected to the consumers we serve.
Trendspotting & Cultural Relevance
Identify and share timely cultural moments and brand-relevant conversations to inform content and engagement opportunities.
UGC & Community Growth
Lead always-on UGC discovery and usage approval process, enabling a scalable, no/low- cost content engine.
Support Surprise & Delight, Product Seeding, and Brand Fan programs.
Insights, Reporting & Crisis Monitoring
Build and manage dashboards and reports to track sentiment, engagement, and performance.
Deliver ongoing reporting and monitor for potential or confirmed crises, ensuring proper escalation.
Translate community signals into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
Tools, Operations & Cross-Functional Partnership
Build expertise in and manage day-to-day use of the social listening and community engagement tech stack.
Partner with Social, Paid Media, PR, Legal, Customer Care, and Brand teams on response guidance and escalations.
Support campaign, tentpole, and moment-based activations requiring tailored community management approaches.
Partner with external agency partners to create a seamless and connected social media ecosystem.
Strategy, Governance & Brand Voice
Ensure deep expertise in brand tone and voice; partner with stakeholders to evolve guidance and regularly update response matrices.
Collaborate with social leadership to refresh strategies and playbooks to reflect evolving engagement approaches.
Allocate time effectively across our extensive portfolio of brands to maximize impact based on business priorities.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of professional experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing (including internships).
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
3+ years of professional experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing (including internships).
Strong understanding of social platforms, internet culture, and trend cycles.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across brands and channels.
Experience with social listening and community tools (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sentiment and engagement data.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing real-time priorities.
Excellent judgment in discerning the right moments and approaches to insert the brand into conversation across the social and digital landscape.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$48,600-$72,800Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
