Join us as Finance PMO & LATAM Cost Performance Coordinator – Personal Care

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our Personal Care team as Finance PMO & LATAM Cost Performance Coordinator. This role combines two critical responsibilities: leading financial governance for a strategic transformation project in Brazil and driving the Cost Performance agenda across Latin America.

In this position, you will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and cross-functional teams to identify sustainable cost and cash improvement opportunities, strengthen end-to-end performance management and support the delivery of financial targets and project benefits. You will also play an important role in providing data-driven insights, improving ways of working, standardizing reporting processes and enabling better business decisions across Brazil, LATAM and the global network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Cost Performance agenda across LATAM Personal Care, identifying and delivering sustainable cost and cash improvement opportunities.
• Provide insights and analysis on end-to-end supply chain costs, performance drivers, risks and opportunities across the region.
• Act as Finance PMO for a strategic business transformation project in Brazil, ensuring robust financial governance, disciplined tracking and value delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT and external partners to support project implementation.
• Track project milestones, financial commitments, risks and business benefits to support successful execution.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses and performance dashboards to support decision-making.
• Partner with local, regional and global stakeholders to drive alignment, accountability and delivery of key objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification and automation opportunities to enhance financial and operational performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Fluent English, required for interaction with regional and global teams.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and decision support.
• Experience working with business performance, financial analysis, cost management or similar finance-related agendas.
• Strong sense of autonomy, proactivity and agility, with a mindset oriented toward innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent business partnering, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective networks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Spanish language skills to support communication across Latin America.
• Experience in supply chain finance, cost performance or project finance management.
• Digital transformation mindset and knowledge of modern digital tools, including dashboarding, automation and reporting standardization.
