Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP QS to join our specialist team delivering major hospital and laboratory projects across the UK, ranging from £20m to £2b.

You will provide MEPH cost management expertise across the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider Cost & Commercial Management team. This is an opportunity to play a key role on high-profile healthcare and technically complex developments.

Role Accountabilities

• Deliver MEPH cost management across projects or key work packages
• Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting and cost control
• Support successful delivery to agreed scope, programme and budget
• Identify and escalate risks and commercial issues
• Provide clear commercial advice to clients and stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with clients and external partners
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to collaboration, service improvement and best practice

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in MEP quantity surveying / cost management on complex building projects
• Healthcare experience is desirable, but not essential
• Ability to deliver projects from inception to completion
• Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
• Relevant professional qualification and/or chartered status preferred
