Job Description Summary

Market Sales Manager Sunbelt’s Market Sales Manager is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers. The Market Sales Manager is empowered to motivate and coach sales staff on both, strategic and tactical, decisions to drive growth. Recognize and react to market conditions through development, mentoring, goal-setting, and coaching. Manage own sales territory, building customer relationships, increasing revenue and managing the sale from end to end. Education or experience that prepares you for success: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 4+ years of proven sales experience Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification Safety is key to our culture: The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $85,000.00 - 121,344.30
