Job Responsibilities
Business Application Support
1) Support bankwide BCB business users for the business application :
Loan Origination System (LOS)
Customer Relationship Profitability Model (CRPM)
Loan Credit Application (SCLAS)
Business Reporting (Share Point Workspace@BCB)
2) Support function includes:
user access issue (first hand access before security team);
system setup ie. Production, programme setup, parameters, data batch file, etc.
attend users’ queries;
gmeet with business users to guide users on the steps to perform the application creation in LOS system or to trace the problem / issues facing by users
logs production issue in vendor ticketing system - Clickup, follow up with the vendor for the fixes
Monitor and track on the long ageing tickets ensure the tickets close with mutual agreement with the ticket creator.
liaise with IT SME to find out the root cause of the system integration issues. Third party system ie. Core banking system, Credit evaluation system, Experian Reports, CCRIS submission, etc).
Prepare the knowledge sharing document / slide for business user based on the common user query tickets or FAQ
Business Application Enhancement / Change Request / Migration
Feasibility Study Design (FSD)
Prepare the test scenario for working group committee
Represent business users to perform the UAT and regression test
Involved in any one-off / regular data remediation request / data migration exercise (if any)
Job Requirement
Degree in Business Information System, Business, Banking, Statistical Data Analysis or equivalent professional qualifications.
Knowledge of AS400 Retail Banking System and Credit Application System will be an added advantage
