The company prides itself on its advanced technological capabilities, sustainable practices and dedication to customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our friendly team in Lantor, in the Process Improvement department. The role would be reporting to the Quality Assurance Officer at Lantor BV. The Quality Control Inspector will support the department to achieve organisation-wide compliance within the focus of areas of quality, safety, health, and environment.  As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in Lantor’s ongoing pursuit of excellence, checking and assessing the quality maintenance of all raw materials, (purchased) semi-finished products, finished products, and trade goods, and performing tests/analysis to meet customer requirements and support internal departments. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Quality Control Inspector, your core activities will span quality control, documentation, equipment management, and cross-departmental support:Quality Control: Supervise operator checks, inspect products against reference samples, and block any goods that do not meet standard. Testing & Analysis: Collect samples and run technical tests (including voltage and strength checks) across production, warehouse, and cutting areas. Data & Documentation: Log test results into automated systems, manage production spreadsheets, and prepare client test reports. Equipment Management: Maintain lab and measuring tools, handle basic troubleshooting, and keep test procedures and instructions up to date. Support & Improvement: Help engineers with product development tests and advise production management on quality issues. Essential Candidate Requirements:Minimum of one year experience with quality management.Strong reading skills, as well as ability to clearly interpret and analyse documents. Experience with quality processes.Strong analytical, written communication, and report writing skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary of €40,000 to €45,000, depending on experience.A reliable 36-hour working week with an excellent work-life balance.The chance to work within a highly professional, international environment where your expertise directly drives continuous improvement. The role will be employed by Euroresins Benelux BV, another Group Company, which provides this function to Lantor BV.Apply Today:If you have a keen eye for detail, a background in quality control/testing, and are ready to take the next step in your career with us, we want to hear from you.
