Registered Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory – Per Diem Nights

Respiratory Therapists assist in transportation of intubated patients with special emphasis in maintaining airways and providing adequate ventilation and oxygenation. Assessing modalities of respiratory therapy, recommend changes - including improvements appropriate to the delivery of respiratory care. 

This is a per diem, night position, with rotating weekends and holidays for our campus at NYP Westchester located in Bronxville: right across from the Metro North Train Station.

Required Criteria 

·        Minimum of AAS Degree from an AMA approved program in Respiratory Care Eligible for Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care.

·        Current NYS Respiratory Therapy licensure

·        BCLS certification

·        Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
