We are seeking a bright, energetic, and driven individual for the role, someone with prior HR operations experience and a desire to deepen their understanding of people processes. In this role, you will provide timely project and process support to employees, managers, and other People Team professionals, ensuring a superior service experience for those needing assistance. Additionally, you will enhance the productivity of your colleagues by supporting their projects and day-to-day tasks.
This position is based at our Powai, Mumbai office and reports to the Lead of the People Operations Team.
Responsibilities
• Provide consistent and timely support and feedback to Aptia colleagues who have queries regarding People policies and processes.
• Oversee and manage HR systems and processes, including but not limited to Employee Lifecycle (Hire to Termination)
• Collaborate with internal/global teams (e.g., Payroll & Benefits, People Partners) to enhance knowledge management and process improvement across service delivery centres.
• Support people team in daily operations such as case management, process management, reporting etc.
• Support people operations team to identify challenge and opportunity for driving excellence.
• Continually maintain Aptia learning base and update Standard Operating Procedures
• Responsible for managing Workday help cases and daily SLA management.
• Support process change in Aptia HRMS system, make sure that employee data is updated and accurate.
• Assist People Ops team in internal activities and global initiatives
• Assist the team in managing reports and dashboards.
Requirements
• A minimum of bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• 2 to 6 years of professional experience.
• Prior experience in Workday is an added advantage but not limited to it. SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle Fusion and other HCM experience can also be considered.
• Prior knowledge of defining and stabilizing, SOP creation are added advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
• Demonstrate high level of discretion relating to confidential information.
• Self-motivated and can-do attitude.
