Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Manager, the Technical Services Coordinator is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and organizing compliance documentation from various sources, and distributing relevant documents and information to customers and suppliers. This position is a full-time, at-will, hourly non-exempt role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to documentation requests related to food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance with a customer service focus
- Support the sales team by responding to document requests or related questions
- Prepare, organize, and maintain internal technical and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and ongoing regulatory readiness
- Maintain and update supplier and product data in food safety and compliance management software, and fulfill related documentation requests submitted through customer portals
- Track and update supplier approval documentation as needed in support of and in coordination with regulatory control
- Participate in departmental meetings and present cases for team discussions
- Perform other documentation tasks as required
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business systems and software platforms
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, food safety, technical services, customer support, document control, or a related administrative environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Repetitive movement using keyboard
- Able to regularly work on-site in an office environment, and occasionally in a food manufacturing environment.
