Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will lead the maintenance and reliability strategy for Die Attach and Oven equipment , ensuring safe operations, high equipment availability, optimal performance, and cost-effective maintenance execution. You will oversee maintenance teams , drive TPM and continuous improvement initiatives , investigate equipment failures, enhance troubleshooting and uptime performance, develop technical competencies through training and certification programs, and ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements . Develop and define comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure all equipment, including metrology equipment, is safe to operate, highly available, reliable, and capable of delivering the required quality performance Lead the Die Attach and Oven maintenance teams , including maintenance technicians , to execute unscheduled maintenance activities in a timely and comprehensive manner Manage Die Attach and Oven maintenance costs to sustain equipment at optimal performance levels Manage the maintenance system, maintenance activities, and maintenance personnel for Die Attach and Oven assembly equipment to achieve optimal equipment efficiency and cost effectiveness Establish and enhance setup, conversion, and troubleshooting guidelines to ensure reliable equipment uptime Investigate equipment failures and implement effective countermeasures to prevent recurring breakdowns Train the Die Attach and Oven technical team by defining competency models and ensuring follow-through of technical certification requirements Coordinate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems and activities for Die Attach and Oven equipment within Production, including skill-level training, certification programs, and cross-functional improvement initiatives Coordinate all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) activities Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You strive for excellence in semiconductor manufacturing by leveraging strong experience in Die Attach and Oven equipment maintenance , leading maintenance teams, and driving equipment reliability, uptime, OEE, and cost-efficiency improvements . You strive for continuous improvement through expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, root cause analysis, TPM and lean practices, technical talent development, resource planning, and adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards . Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related technical discipline Proven experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing environments , with hands-on knowledge of Die Attach and Oven equipment preferred Strong background in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management Experience leading maintenance teams and developing technical talent Demonstrated success in improving equipment uptime, reliability, OEE, and maintenance cost efficiency Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to implement sustainable corrective actions Experience managing maintenance systems, maintenance planning, spare parts, and resource allocation Knowledge of TPM methodology, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement practices Familiarity with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements and regulatory compliance standards Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
