## Aufgaben

We are seeking an innovative and pragmatic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our tech organization, elevate our architecture, and drive an ambitious AI transformation. In this role, you will align our strategy with tech roadmap and business growth, mentor our high-performing tech teams and manage our partner and vendor ecosystems. The role is based in Zurich, with regular presence in Belgrade and Munich.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Technology Strategy & Architecture:** define the long-term vision and future tech stack, align technical and product roadmaps, own our scalable, resilient architectures across all services
• **People Leadership & HR:** lead a growing nearshore tech team (~25 FTE), attract and retain top tech talent, foster an innovation-driven culture
• **Software Delivery & AI Transformation:** optimize end-to-end software delivery, integration and deployment, spearhead team-wide AI transformation (tools, processes, and change management)
• **Banking Partner Management:** joint architecture with our core banking partner (HBL / Finstar) incl. escalation and incident management and the formal security obligations toward the partner (security questionnaire, annual security assessment, change notifications)
• **(Banking) Partner & Vendor Management:** manage joint software / system architecture processes and alignment with our banking partner, strategically manage core system vendors and tech stack partners
• **Security, Compliance & Infrastructure:** enforce tech security across all our systems and partner integrations, tech-regulatory compliance and client data protection
• Take full ownership of financial planning and management as well as of vendor contracts

## Qualifikation

• **Proven Leadership:** 5+ years of senior executive technical leadership (CTO, VP of Engineering) managing (remote) teams with direct management of lead engineers
• **Fintech / Banking Background:** demonstrated practical experience managing complex systems and integrations in banking environments, hands-on knowledge of banking products / processes and experience operating in multi-party setups
• **AI Transformation Experience:** proven track record of integrating AI capabilities into engineering processes, tools, and product offerings
• **Technical Rigor:** deep knowledge of modern, scalable cloud architectures, high availability, and security engineering best practices, combined with the willingness to work hands-on on tech concepts and architecture
• **Security Ownership:** comfortable carrying executive tech security accountability
• **Communication:** excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in English and German
