Kitchen/Bath Design Coordinator

And we’re looking for a Kitchen/Bath Design Coordinator to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design: Create full kitchen and bathroom remodel designs using 2020 Design software (cabinet layouts, floor plans, renderings). Interpret jobsite dimensions and revise designs based on client feedback and field conditions.

• Supplier Coordination: Request and review quotes from cabinet, countertop, tile, and plumbing suppliers. Compare quotes for accuracy, pricing, and lead times, and resolve any spec or availability issues.

• Ordering & Tracking: Place cabinet and material orders with approved suppliers. Verify all order details (dimensions, finishes, quantities, delivery dates) and track orders through delivery.

• Team Communication: Work closely with sales, production, project managers, and installers. Communicate order status, delays, or backorders, and help solve design or material problems quickly.

Required Tools

• 2020 Design software

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of expert-level experience using 2020 Design software for kitchen and bathroom design.

• Experience designing kitchen and bathroom remodels, including using AI tools like ChatGPT to create renderings for sales.

• Strong knowledge of cabinets, layouts, countertops, fixtures, vanities, hardware, and remodeling materials.

• Ability to read measurements, layouts, plans, and elevations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, quotes, revisions, and orders simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills; comfortable working directly with suppliers and internal teams.

• Willing and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US - EST Hours | 50 hours per week, Monday-Saturday Full-time

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱95K/month
