• Drive competitive pricing, searches for best pricing solution in order to maximize profitability of Air team with Capacity manager

• Generate pricing campaigns

• Generate country bid response, in particular qualification of bids, collecting & checking of pricing inputs

• Risk taking with Country Head of Air and decision driving for pricing

• Manages and Drives performance of a team of staff

• Support execution of commercial Airfreight strategy in country

• Route development

•  Other tasks assigned by your superior 

We are looking for

• Obsessive customer-centricity

• Ability to work with good self-organisation, accuracy, and priority even under pressure

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with external & internal stakeholders

• At least 7~10 year experience in airfreight operations and pricing

• Native-level Korean, and business-level English communication skills (written & oral)

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel

• General numeric skills

• Work overtime whenever there is a business need

• Proactive/independent initiative & job ownership/commitment

• "Can-do" attitude & willingness to learn and try new things

• Mindset to always challenge status quo for improvements
