Position Summary
The Manager, Omnichannel Commercialized Solutions, will be responsible for executing our omnichannel commercialized solutions strategy as it relates to customer experiences, health solutions, and clinical support. An aptitude for using data and insights to inform strategy, developing business cases, a passion for customer and clinical experiences, and bringing easy-to-use solutions to life is essential to the role.
The role will support the broader Health100 vision of simplifying how consumers access, navigate, and engage with health and care solutions through the development, commercialization, and scaling of customer-focused pharmacy and health solutions.
Building strong partnerships across many cross-functional colleagues is a key component of success. The Manager, Omnichannel Commercialized Solutions, will be required to interface with various stakeholders including Digital Product, Digital Engineering, Store Operations, the Retail Field Organization, Data and Analytics partners, Marketing and Voice of Customer partners, IT teams, Legal, Compliance, and senior leaders within Retail and across the enterprise.

In this exciting role, you will:
- Develop data-driven business cases by sizing market opportunities, evaluating customer and client needs, assessing commercial viability, and informing piloting, commercialization, and scaling decisions
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership across multiple initiatives, from business case development and pilot execution through commercialization, scaling, and ongoing optimization
- Partner with our technology teams to implement novel solutions that enable our pharmacy teams to better serve our patients and manage the ongoing success of these solutions
- Support commercialization strategies for new and existing pharmacy and health solutions, including value proposition development, stakeholder alignment, operational readiness, and scaling plans
- Design and execute pilot programs to validate customer needs, operational feasibility, and business case assumptions, while informing commercialization and scaling strategies
- Evaluate customer, client, and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities, inform product strategy, and optimize solution performance
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across business units, tailoring communication as appropriate to the audience and exercising the ability to influence and drive innovation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, healthcare technology, product management, product or business development, retail pharmacy, or a related field
- Experience developing business cases, evaluating market opportunities, and translating insights into recommendations
- Experience partnering with technology teams to bring customer-facing solutions to life
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-focused environment, balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple products and initiatives
- Travel - Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing, executing, evaluating pilots and commercializing, launching, or scaling products and services
- Experience developing executive presentations and leadership recommendations
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, MBA)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
