Metro Detroit Endocrinology Center is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Podiatrist to join our growing multidisciplinary medical center.
We welcome candidates who are completing podiatric residency, newly graduated from residency, or have approximately 3–5 years of post-residency experience.
This position offers an established patient base, strong clinical support, competitive guaranteed compensation, and additional earning potential through a wRVU-based productivity incentive.
Compensation
Candidates Completing Residency / New Residency Graduates
Guaranteed Base Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually
Plus:
wRVU-based productivity incentive
Additional earning potential based on personally performed professional services
Opportunity for compensation growth as patient volume and productivity increase
Podiatrists with 3–5 Years of Post-Residency Experience
Guaranteed Base Salary: $150,000–$185,000 annually
Plus:
wRVU-based productivity incentive
Additional earning potential based on personally performed professional services
Compensation within the range based on experience, board status, surgical experience, demonstrated productivity, and other relevant qualifications
Clinical Volume & Productivity
The anticipated patient volume is approximately 22+ patients per clinical day, depending on scheduling, patient complexity, clinical needs, and the physician's professional judgment.
The compensation structure includes a competitive guaranteed base salary plus a wRVU-based productivity incentive based on personally performed professional services.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of foot and ankle conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide routine and complex podiatric care
Perform appropriate office-based procedures
Manage diabetic foot conditions, wounds, musculoskeletal disorders, and other podiatric conditions
Provide surgical treatment when clinically appropriate and within the physician's qualifications and privileges
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the medical center
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution
Completion of, or current participation in the final stage of, an accredited podiatric residency program
Eligible for or currently holding a Michigan podiatric medical license
Board qualified or board certified, as applicable
Eligible for hospital and surgical privileges, if applicable to the position
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to quality patient care and professional standards
Candidates completing residency, new residency graduates, and podiatrists with 3–5 years of post-residency experience are encouraged to apply.
