Physical Therapist $20,000 Bonus

Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 2930 S Michigan Ave, Suite 107, Chicago, IL, 60616 (Chicago South)

Schedule: Full Time, 2-3 evenings per week

Compensation: $80,000-$95,000 annually, based on years of experience

Incentives:  $20,000 bonus and student loan repayment program

We are looking for a Physical therapist with a passion for treating a mixed caseload of ortho, sports and general rehabilitation population. Our Chicago South location is a PT/PTA clinic with free parking right out front for employees and patients.

Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population over the span of 6- 12 months. Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
