Description
The Opportunity:
The eLearning Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning experiences that support organizational training initiatives. The Ideal candidate will have experience working with Federal financial systems (Momentum or Oracle) and expertise in eLearning development tools and platforms (Articulate 360 and Camtasia). The Trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and business stakeholders to create effective, interactive learning content that enhances employee performance and knowledge retention.
Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate training across various formats: eLearning, instructor led, and blended
- Own curriculum development end to end: needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation
- Experience creating written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge checks, simulations, and multimedia learning assets.
- Build learning experiences in Articulate Storyline and other content development tools such as Camtasia.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). or
- Strong experience (3+ years) in instructional design or eLearning content development.
- MUST have experience working with COTS Federal Financials Systems (Momentum)
Desired:
- Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline; experience with Rise or the broader Articulate 360 suite is a plus.
- Experience with video creation tools such as Camtasia or similar platforms.
- Strong creativity and a desire to bring fresh ideas to training and content development.
