We are seeking an enthusiastic Territory Manager to join our Irrigation team and play a key role in driving sales performance, customer engagement, and market growth across an assigned territory.
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our market-leading irrigation products, supporting dealer networks, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. About the Role
In this field-based sales role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within your designated territory while maintaining strong relationships with dealers, customers, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
- Execute territory call plans and provide regular customer coverage across the region.
- Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining company sales standards.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Monitor and report on dealer sales performance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Organise, coordinate, and support field days, trade shows, and industry events.
- Demonstrate and promote new products to customers and dealers.
- Prepare customer quotations and manage pricing discussions within approved guidelines.
- Assist with credit information requests and liaise with Head Office as required.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns relating to deliveries, pricing, or accounts.
- Deliver product, sales, and marketing training to dealers.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify emerging market trends.
- Maintain strong knowledge of irrigation products, industry developments, and customer needs.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Undertake other duties as required by the National Irrigation Manager.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a sales or territory management role is highly desirable.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of organisational and time-management capability.
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Valid passport.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Interstate and occasional international travel may be required.
