As a Finance Operations Analyst at OCBC, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes. How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of financial operations and a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with various teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in driving success in this role.

What you do

•    Manage risk, governance, and compliance activities across Finance Operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

•    Oversee supplier and intergroup master data maintenance, including bank information validation.

•    Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and other tools to support financial analysis and informed decision-making.

•    Review and maintain Group policies, frameworks and governance standards.

•    Provide policy advisory support to business units and regional offices.

•    Identify and resolve issues, implementing process improvements as needed.

•    Collaborate with various teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations•    Support the Team Lead in governance oversight and stakeholder management, and Risk & Governance-related matters.

Who you are
•    A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in finance operations
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
•    Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting

•    Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other relevant applications
•    Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams
•    Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

•    Committed, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
