Registered Dental Hygienist — Join Our Team!

Pay: $60–$65/hour | Part-Time | Monday–Wednesday

We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our supportive and collaborative team. This position offers a positive work environment with opportunities for continued professional growth and development. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional experience, patient care, values teamwork, and is committed to building lasting patient relationships while growing within our organization.

What You’ll Do:

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care while helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health, including:

• Periodontal charting
• Digital X-rays
• Prophylaxis (prophy)
• Scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Fluoride treatments
• Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care
• Building strong, trusting relationships with patients

What We’re Looking For

• Virginia Dental Hygiene License required
• New graduates are welcome to apply!

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• 6:45 AM mandatory team huddle
