Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to join our ever-evolving technology team and help shape the future of digital commerce by building modern, scalable, and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
What you’ll own
- Design, develop, and continuously enhance front-end architectures for web applications, mobile web experiences, administration portals, and cross-platform solutions.
- Build high-quality, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Contribute to front-end platform capabilities, including component libraries, design systems, engineering standards, build pipelines, state management, and monitoring frameworks.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and customer needs.
- Drive improvements in application performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, observability, and overall user experience.
- Integrate front-end applications with backend services through RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket technologies while ensuring secure authentication and authorization practices.
- Support cross-platform and mobile application development initiatives using technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Mini Programs, or other modern mobile frameworks.
- Advocate and implement engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD processes, and development standards.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing modern front-end applications in a professional software engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with a solid understanding of browser rendering, networking principles, and web security fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework, including React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture, modular development principles, and scalable front-end design patterns.
- Experience with modern front-end tooling and workflows, including Git, Vite, Webpack, npm/pnpm, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Knowledge of responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, and front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Experience working with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Vuex, Pinia, or RxJS.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with WebSocket, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and modern authentication and authorization practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and software design skills.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience building large-scale SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or solutions within payments, retail, restaurant, ERP, CRM, or POS industries.
- Experience with cross-platform technologies such as React Native, Flutter, Electron, Tauri, Mini Programs, or similar frameworks.
- Experience developing and maintaining component libraries, design systems, micro-frontends, monorepos, or shared engineering platforms.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Datadog, Application Insights, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js, NestJS, GraphQL, or Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment technologies and DevOps practices, including Azure, GitHub Actions, Docker, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documentation and stay current with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.
