Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

What You'll Do
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living and functional skills.
Educate residents and families on therapy programs, safety techniques, and home programs.
Monitor resident progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
Qualifications
Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
Passion for resident care and geriatric rehabilitation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
