Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to support and grow relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
Must possess BBA/MBA/BS in Business Management, HR & other relevant domain.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working in a recruitment or HR services environment (a plus).
Experience in using any ATS (Application Tracking System)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, KHI
Work Mode: Hybrid (3Days Onsite | 2 Days WFH)
Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
