Looking for a candidate who will be responsible for handling investors' queries, distribution of trade confirmations and monthly statements to investors. Candidate should have good verbal & written communication skills. Preferable location: Mumbai. Ready to work in any shift, including night shift.

A Transfer Agency Associate plays a vital role within asset management and fund administration firms, acting as a crucial link between investors, fund managers, and regulatory authorities. The position primarily involves processing investor transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
What you will be responsible for:
As Associate 1 you will:
Client Services: Respond promptly to investor and client queries via phone and email, resolving issues and providing information as required.
Transaction Processing: Handle daily investor-related transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Record Maintenance: Maintain and update investor records within the system, ensuring all data is correct and up to date.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Compliance: Perform due diligence checks, monitor for suspicious activities, and ensure all processes comply with AML and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports for clients, management, and regulatory authorities.
Document Management: Process and archive legal and compliance documents, ensuring they are filed in accordance with company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Fund Accounting, Compliance, and Legal to ensure seamless service delivery
