The Manager, Responsible AI leads operationalization of responsible AI governance practices across enterprise AI initiatives. The role supports AI risk assessment, standards, controls, documentation, monitoring, and evidence management to help ensure AI capabilities are designed and used responsibly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead responsible AI assessment activities for AI use cases, including risk identification, control mapping, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Support development and maintenance of responsible AI standards, templates, procedures, and operating guidance.
- Partner with privacy, legal, cybersecurity, architecture, data, model risk, and business stakeholders to align AI controls with enterprise expectations.
- Track AI governance artifacts, control evidence, exceptions, remediation actions, and approvals.
- Support AI inventory, risk reporting, governance dashboards, committee materials, and audit/readiness requests.
- Advise solution teams on responsible AI practices including transparency, human oversight, data handling, testing, monitoring, and operational accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: University or College education in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Analytics, Business/Technology, Risk/Governance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Experience and skills:
- Experience in technology governance, risk management, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, audit, data governance, or responsible AI programs.
- Understanding of AI/ML/LLM risk areas, model lifecycle, data protection, risk assessment, and control design is preferred.
- Experience developing frameworks, templates, procedures, evidence packs, dashboards, or governance reporting.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, writing, analysis, and issue management skills.
- Ability to translate policy and control expectations into practical delivery guidance.
