Job Title: Junior Revenue Operations Associate
Location: Remote – Mexico or Colombia (Mexico City or Bogotá Preferred)
Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Junior Revenue Operations Associate with strong analytical skills and an interest in CRM and business operations to join their growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate revenue data, supporting CRM operations, and improving day-to-day processes. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of their Revenue Operations function across their growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer and revenue-related records within their CRM system, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Support CRM workflows, data-entry processes, and ongoing improvements to operational systems.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and organize revenue-related reports and analyses using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other business tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate revenue and operational information and support day-to-day business needs.
- Contribute to the development, documentation, and maintenance of standardized Revenue Operations processes.
- Explore and support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and automation opportunities that help their team scale efficiently.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1 -3 + year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining structured customer or business data.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data manipulation, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to investigate problems, learn new platforms, and identify practical process improvements.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce; Salesforce administration experience is a plus.
- Experience working with sales or revenue technology platforms.
- Experience documenting workflows, processes, or standard operating procedures.
- Exposure to data automation or other tools used to improve operational efficiency.
- Experience working in a technology, SaaS, startup, or other fast-paced environment.
- Based in Mexico or Colombia, with a preference for candidates in Mexico City or Bogotá.
- Valid U.S. visa and willingness to participate in occasional U.S. travel, if needed, is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable participating in occasional in-person team meetings or gatherings as their LATAM operation develops.
