Development : Develop
wafer probe, final test production, and product characterization test solutions
for digital power management products Documentation : Define test requirements, create
test plans, and develop test methods Design
Collaboration : Work
with design and development engineers to incorporate design-for-test (DFT)
features into products to optimize quality and cost of testing Hardware
Design : Design and
develop test hardware using Cadence Allegro tools with pre-existing PCB
templates and component libraries Program
Development : Create,
debug, validate, and release test programs integrated with test equipment and
hardware following corporate standards Optimization : Improve the quality and reduce the
cost of test solutions through test method improvements and platform transfers Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Graduating in the Spring of 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s
degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering Test
Systems Knowledge :
Willing to learn production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs using automated
test equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne ETS-364 Engineering
Principles :
Understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal
integrity PCB
Tools : Eager to learn
PCB design using tools like Cadence Allegro; experience in similar tools is a
plus Programming
Skills : Proficient in
programming with C/C++ or VB for test system applications Design
for Testability :
Knowledge of design-for-test and manufacturability principles with the ability
to collaborate effectively with design and product teams Lab
Experience : Hands-on
experience with bench electrical measurements using signal generators,
oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers Soft
Skills : Strong
