Provider Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Provider Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This role partners closely with leaders and providers to support organizational growth while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What You'll Do

• Recruit and hire Physicians and APPs across multiple specialties and markets.
• Partner with leaders to develop proactive recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
• Build and maintain provider talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Source and engage candidates through networking, outreach, events, and industry partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and hiring strategies.
• Guide candidates through interviews, offers, contracting, credentialing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance provider recruitment and employer brand initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, leaders, and key stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, provider, physician, APP, or executive recruitment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience developing creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
