FINANCIAL ANALYST SENIOR

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Financial Analyst Senior at GDIT. Here, you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Finance.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Financial Analyst Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our Navy customer. You will play a crucial role in the financial performance of our Navy Sector.
● Lead/Manage/Support annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, quarterly reporting deliverables, month-end close process, and myriad ad hoc analyses/special projects.
● Collaborate with Sector Finance Director, team of Business Area Finance Managers, Finance Analysts, division FP&A team, and business area operation leads.
● Drive innovation, speed, accuracy, and usefulness of budgeting and reporting processes/reports.
● Utilize Excel, Oracle Financials, Oracle Analytics, Hyperion Planning, and developing AI tools.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your Financial expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Financial Analyst Senior must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: Financial modeling/planning, business intelligence & reporting, data management/analysis, presentation & storytelling/communication of data/financials

● Hyperion is strongly preferred

● FP&A background preferred
● US Person

● Location: Hybrid--must be able to go into the Falls Church, VA office 3+ days a week

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
