About the Role

Service Stream are excited to open applications for a Finance Graduate to join our Group Finance division, and form part of our cohort for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program. You will have structured rotations across Group Finance and Business Finance functions, gaining exposure to and supporting with financial and statutory reporting, month-end and year-end processes, financial control and governance for an ASX listed company. You will have exposure to specialist areas such as Tax and support operational and commercial leaders with financial analysis, forecasting and decision-making.

About the program

Our 2-year program is designed to support your personal and professional growth through a balanced mix of on-the-job experience, learning from others, and structured formal development. Our program features:

O-Week kicks off in February 2027 from our head office in Melbourne, marking your first day of employment. We will provide remuneration increases every 6 months for the duration of this program, and when you finish you will have a permanent role with us!

To be eligible for the program, you must:

  • Have completed a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.

  • Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.

  • At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
