The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $84,750 - $124,300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You'll Do in this Role:
- Serve as the primary contact for project-related orders, ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues and clear communication among interested parties.
- Partner with global supply chain, manufacturing, project execution, and regional teams to proactively mitigate risks and support timely project delivery.
- Manage customer orders with a customer-first approach, ensuring quality, accuracy, and reliable fulfillment.
- Drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer happiness.
- Examine order performance, recognize trends, and suggest solutions that improve delivery outcomes and business results.
- Support worldwide transformation efforts, including process standardization, system upgrades, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and reporting tools that support consistent global execution.
- Build positive relationships across multiple functions to align priorities, solve complex challenges, and ensure project success.
What We Are Looking For:

- Proven ability to coordinate across diverse, cross-functional teams within a global organization.

- Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process excellence frameworks.
- Ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and drive collaboration across all levels of the organization.
